Nominated for the Tech For Change Award

At Europe’s largest innovation fair, Viva Technology 2025 in Paris this June, alangu has been nominated for the prestigious Tech For Change Award. We are in the running to be selected as one of six finalists who will present their project live in the Pitch Studio. This award honors innovative technologies that drive positive social transformation, such as breaking down barriers in the digital world.

The finalists will be featured during the event, where groundbreaking startups showcase solutions to pressing social challenges. Our nomination centers on our development of avatar-based sign language translation, which enables barrier-free communication for people with hearing impairments.

At Viva Technology 2025, we will demonstrate how technological innovation can be made more inclusive. The nomination recognizes our forward-thinking approach and our contribution to greater social participation.
