Christina Schäfer and Alexander Stricker present our AI-based sign language translation via avatar on VOX's “Die Höhle der Löwen” (Lions' Den/ Dragons' Den/ Shark Tank) to the “lions” Carsten Maschmeyer, Christian Miele, Janna Ensthaler, Dagmar Wöhrl, and Ralf Dümmel.

A very special highlight for the alangu team: We were part of the popular German TV show “Die Höhle der Löwen” (Lions' Den) – the German spin-off of the British original “Dragons' Den” and the US show “Shark Tank” – and we can finally share the news with you! In the season finale, we had the opportunity to present our Sign Language Avatar Toolkit for AI-based translation of text into sign language in front of the "Lions" and talk about our heartfelt mission: digital inclusion.

Over a million people watch “Die Höhle der Löwen” (Lions' Den) every week, and of course, we wanted to use this stage to share our vision of breaking down barriers in digital communication. We’re beyond excited that the moment has finally come!
